“One of the most important contents of the signing ceremony is the training for high-quality human resources in the form of exchanging interns who both study and practice at South Korean hi-tech farms, which is to serve the restructuring of Vietnam's agriculture. This is also a step for Vietnamese agriculture to ‘stay ahead of the game’ in terms of solutions and technology transfer in the near future,” said Mr. Le Quoc Thanh.

To be more specific, businesses possess a widespread effect. They connect markets, transfer technology, and improve the capacity of Vietnam’s agriculture as well as farmers.

“High technology is not only defined by a factory but also the human factors. There must be human resources to absorb that technology. Therefore, this cooperation agreement is expected to create a core human resource for the agricultural extension force in the future. Those young people will also be human resources who can work in companies in Vietnam as well as in South Korea such as Hi-tech Farm Company,” said Mr. Nguyen Do Anh Tuan.
