(VAN) Binh Thuan Province request local authorities to be more drastic in controlling and preventing fishing vessels and fishermen from violating foreign waters.

(VAN) The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has requested the People's Committees of provinces and cities to drastically prevent and control avian influenza A/H5N8 and other highly virulent strains of avian influenza virus.
