(VAN) Long An farmers have taken advantage of agricultural by-products to make organic fertilizers for crops, saving costs and protecting consumers' health and the environment.
(VAN) With substantial investment in technology, Vietnam will effectively use agricultural by-products and create good, high-value products.
(VAN) According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, in 2020, nearly 160 million tons of agricultural by-products will be generated from agricultural production, excluding waste in the food system.
(VAN) In crop production, a variety of by-products generated during the cultivation process may be used to make organic fertilizer or recycled into the cultivation process itself.
(VAN) Although by-product resources from agricultural production operations in the Mekong Delta are being exploited, notably in the creation of organic fertilizer, the potential remains enormous.
